Angry They getting rid of yorkie

My niece text me and said her friend has to "get rid of her year old male Yorkie" Her words not mine. I told her I have never had a male dog and didnt know if my two females would accept him. He has not been nurtured, So I told her I didnt think so, besides I am on my way to NY this week. This lady is worried her Dobbie will kill him, she isnt charging a penny for him.

Now I have been thinking of this little guy, there are many back yard breeders and puppy mills that would snatch this guy up in a min. I would hate to see that happen just because I dont know anything about male dogs.

My girls were spaeded (fixed) at the age of six months so there is no fear of babies. My guestion is, if he is nurtured now will this stop him from wanting to hump the girls? Another thing is will he come in and lift his leg to mark everything in the house. He is supposely housetrained.

I just dont know what to do. I can see all these awful places he can end up. Flea market, family with six little kids, (he is only 5 lbs) put in a cage for the rest of his life .

Should I take him? Or let him take his chances? My neice said I have first choice, and she will keep him till I get back in a week,
