I'm going to try Lovetodream88's idea and give Cookie a piece of Honeycomb cereal whenever she pees or poops outside, in addition to the verbal praise. My breeder (Deb Sillers) told me Cookie loves Honeycomb cereal and it has so far been her favorite snack (surprised she hasn't really taken to carrots yet).
