Defiantly take a stool sample with you to the vet. that is typically what they ask for. They can tell a lot from it that will help diagnose what may be the cause. Just put some into a paper towel than into a zip lock baggie and keep in fridge until you leave. I tend to forget it so you may want to put it (poo sample) with her leash and harness so that you don't forget it.

Have you changed her food or has she eaten something she shouldn't ?
