If your gal is in heat, diapers will not insure no mating occurs. So that is one of the first orders of care. No off lead, no walking the female too far from home. Best is to keep her in a fenced in back yard to do exercise and to potty.

The vomiting is of concern.

Get a trip to the vet pronto, to have her health checked out, and mention the vomiting and of course that she is in heat
