What about a thunder shirt, do you leave the tv on for her when you leave? If she is use to having another dog there with her and since the other dog passed the anxiety started. She is probably lonely. I would leave the tv on for her and I would try leaving her for short periods and get her use to being alone. It is very hard on them if they use to having another dog in the house and then having to be alone.
