If I was truly terrified and afraid of the risk of death or complications for my bitch, I would wait until she is out of heat in a week, then spay her. Spaying a one week pregnant bitch adds litttle or nothing to the risk factor..you have to remember at that age they are only visable through a microscope. Good Luck to you.
