Google the term in Google Images and you will see plenty of them.
Doll-faced is usually a term that greeders that breed very very tiny dogs together no matter their health or genetic problems in order to produce very juvenile-looking tiny dogs with big heads, flatter muzzles and larger eyes atop a tiny body and very short legs. It is so often used in that way that it can be heartbreaking to sometimes even see the term for those that have read and heard and experienced the many health problems of the very tiny dog. Doll-faced dogs are frequently undersized and can be from disreputable breeders so be sure that the dog you are getting is not going to be an undersized dog unless you are financially and emotionally prepared to deal with the issues that could come with the dog. And be sure you are not dealing with a puppy broker, greeder or puppymiller.
