IF you were looking for a mix than you found a cutie in the boy....the girl is cute too and looks more yorkie than he does....
but if you are really wanting a purebreed yorkie - there should be more out there in your price range... and I would keep looking ....That breeder should not be telling people she is selling purebreeds though ....
You sounded so excited I feel bad saying this...but you did ask and hopefully these responses are ok for you...
