The police told him numerous times to LEAVE. He did not live near there, he just stopped to lookie loo and was blasting music from his car and yelling about the cops being there to violate someone's civil rights. if I was a cop and a huge dog lunged at me, you bet your ass I would shoot it dead. That guy, if he cared about his dog at all, would have LEFT when he was told and his dog wouldn't be dead now.
