I would like to point out that when I did work for them, the majority of complaints I received were due to misuse of the product. Unfortunately most people did not read/follow the directions as outlined on the packaging.

I have heard nothing bad about hartz never ever anything good and many people here in the past have warned against hartz products. Frontline and Advantix are much safer products.
