Welcome to YT and Lily. I am so sorry that she had that accident happen to her. I know you will be so happy to have her in your care.
If I may suggest, since you are adopting her from her family, type up some kind a release form with all the info on the dog and have them sign it saying they are releasing Lily into your care. This way it protects you should there ever be any question.
