Has your vet done any blood work on her? Hypoglycemia is very common in puppies that have liver shunts. It would be wise to get her checked for that just as a precaution. I pray she starts doing better.

What dry food were you using? I highly recommend you take her dry kibble and grind it up in a blender so it is like a corn meal and just leave a bowl out for her at all times. All my young pups like to eat their dry food that way.
