So sorry you are dealing with this...it must be so hard being away from home with a sick pup.

Keep a close eye and if she does not improve, she may need to go back on IVs. Make sure she is hydrated...you can check her gums to be sure they are not dry and tacky to touch. If they are, she may be dehydrated. Keep in mind that pancreatitis is very serious and they can go down quickly. I had one of my pups hospitalized a few months ago and in one day he got so bad that they had to give him plasma to stablize him.

My vet usually gives me Hills I/D .. or Purina E/N after bouts of gastroenteritis or pancreatitis. Since you are able to call your vet, perhaps you might want to ask him to fax a prescription...you could purchase it at Petsmart/Banfield.

Good luck! Hopefully she is just exhausted from the experience.
