And not even shoots him to kill quickly. Or to disable him. But to shoot him in a way that the dog suffers greatly in front of his owner.

How is this the owner's fault?! This is another trigger happy cop that needs to be reprimanded. These are the people that we are to rely on for safety? Not all cops are good guys.



Sick sick sick! I wish I wouldn't have watched it. Trigger happy is to the T what they are!
