Are you saying you know the whole story? A man, walking his dog on a leash, is filming the police (legal). He puts his dog in his car with the windows down (can't leave them up bc it's hot here in CA and THAT is illegal). The police go up to the man and he turns around and puts his hands behind his back. To show the police he is not a threat. Bc in that part of CA you can and people HAVE been shot by cops for no good reason. And then the dog jumps out the window and the cop shoots him.
And not even shoots him to kill quickly. Or to disable him. But to shoot him in a way that the dog suffers greatly in front of his owner.

How is this the owner's fault?! This is another trigger happy cop that needs to be reprimanded. These are the people that we are to rely on for safety? Not all cops are good guys.
