There is nothing wrong with what method a buyer uses to pay, it's the lack of vetting and just automatically buying a pup via Paypal that is horrendous. Without proper vetting, the dog could be going to a terrible home. I can't imagine anyone just turning out their puppies they have created on purpose or through what is so often an irresponsible lack of oversight and bring into this world over to just anyone with Paypal or other funds without a good deal of questioning and whatever checking on the answers they can do to verify that the proposed buyer would provide a safe, loving, responsible and forever home for one of their pups!
