 Smelling bad?
Macy will be 2 in August, I just wondered if anyone else's Yorkie smells bad after going outside? She doesn't smell like urine, just really bad. I have another dog, and he never smells bad, so its not something from outside. I've done some research on this and I read something with the oils in their hair mixed with humidity makes them smell bad? I don't know if that's true or not, but is there anything I can do to help with the smell. I don't want to spray a dog perfume on her every time we come back in. I try to only give her a bath ever two weeks, I have tried doing it more often, but that didn't help either. The smell goes away after a while when she comes back in.
Do any of you live in humid areas have this problem as well? Could it be the texture of her coat? Any idea? |
