Oscar is another Chocolate Yorkie that lives here on YT! His mom is Wanda... username WJM, look at some of her adorable pics and I think you will see a difference.

Definitely a recessive "b" (brown) color gene (brown nose and brown coat). That's the same mutant color gene in Chocolate Yorkies. He could be a Chocolate Yorkie, but the "b" gene in Chocolate Yorkies was originally bred in from some other breed.
