Actually there is a LEAVE ON Spray for real kids that works wonderfully to get out tangles - a groomer I went to used it ...and it works great. You spray it on AFTER a bath ....and it really helps you get out the tangles without any pulling....if they're bad tangles - use your fingers to pull them apart then brush.
