I definitely think it's possible to give certain dogs kibble that is too small...I know Toki had trouble eating Halo for small/toy breeds which is very small and super flat because she literally inhales her food if I don't give her larger kibbles to slow her down...she would get these tiny ones caught in her throat and have to cough them out so that food was a no-go. IDK why I thought you were looking for a tiny kibble lol but I haven't noticed her having issues like choking with the CC or RC YT or even the RC X-Small Adult ever...definitely worth checking out
