I can't believe I have never tried it with
Thai chiles. That was the first really hot chile I ever ate in my life. My friend's mother grew them and I told him I could eat them because I could pop raw jalapenos like they were jujubes. Then I ate a nice fresh green one whole and was in pain for about 45 minutes, lol. I'm gonna have to go get some Thai chiles next time I get ramen and see how they work out in it.
