Hey Everyone! Sorry it's taken me so long to come back and post! I am up for our little 5 am piddle break. She is almost 8 weeks old, and she is a little sweetie! She is so playful! We went and picked her up yesterday, and after a quick check by the vet, we brought her home! She is 1lb 2 oz.
So little! She is so busy playing that I have to almost make her stop and eat! Which is not a big deal, because when she does notice the food, she chows down! It was so sad because Gizmo loved her, that was, until I put her in the car!
Then away he went, he wouldn't ride back with me for anything! He rode home on the floor board! Poor guy, he is acting like the older child when parents bring home a new baby! (Everything is fine! Until they find out that the baby isn't leaving! LOL
) But he is getting a little better, and I'm sure in a few days that he will just love her as much as we do! It is really funny to watch my husband worry about her! Because he sits in a recliner, and he always wants her to be on his lap, because he is so afraid of her getting hurt around that bottom of the chair. And he watches her like a hawk around the kids! He is acting like a little mommy! It's so cute!
I am going to be taking some more pics in a day or two, I want to give her a chance to adjust to us, before we go camera crazy on her!
And we did settle on the name Gidget! I think its perfect! Even though I feel bad, because I keep calling her Suger!
But that will get better the longer I am around her! She was the perfect addition to complete our family! We just adore her!
