I saw on another post someone was commenting on a breeder using Pay Pal as a way to pay for the puppies she was selling. Someone was saying " did you see that she takes pay pal?" Ok so I like pay pal. It always gives me piece of mind that if I buy something and don't receive it they will credit my account. So what's wrong with it. Just need to know because I'm confused as to why it's a bad thing. What if it was just a regular credit card..still bad?
