FYI, I don't know if the laws have changed, but in order to get the license in Hawaii I had to show proof that I had been tested for Rubella antibodies. There was a form that my doctor had to sign. They did not require you to get the vaccine if you had no antibodies, just counseling so that you would be aware of the risks should you get rubella while pregnant.
Thank you, good to know about the Rubella!

I'm getting overwhelmed when I google/bing it. I'll look for a planner to help out.
