Yup, me too with skate. Love it. I get it precooked at the Korean markets. They way they make it, it tastes like crab but with the salt/pepper/chili Asian taste. Yum! | I know it was stingray because we caught them at San Luis Pass Texas and we clean them ourselves. That's where we catch the black tip sharks. It's been many years since we went fishing down there. I sure miss it.
