Happy to hear that Gizmo is doing well! I really doubt that vaccines caused this...IBD is fairly common in yorkies....but one never knows for sure. At least thank goodness, you have it under control! That's great!
A lot of dogs get diagnosed with pancreatitis because the enzymes will be elevated and it does not necessarily mean pancreatitis. That is great that you went ahead with the endoscopy and biopsy so that you know exactly what you are dealing with!!
