No, but I might have cut the hair off that you're having a problem with when I cut the poop off her.
I cut the hair off about an inch around her butt and trimmed some of the hair on the back of her legs.
Depending on how much hair the urine's in, I'd probably just cut/trim that hair off and neaten from there.
