Max had to be hand fed his first year. He wanted to play games/do tricks for each one of his kibble. After we added a second Yorkie, he started eating on his own.

You can use food enticements or try a different food, but be careful not to keep offering her something new every 2 seconds if she doesn't gobble her food down. It is easy to reinforce finickiness.

My boys eat Fromm, and they do get some treats in very small amounts (one of these a day): 2 tiny shreds of Parmesan, plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, green beans, sweet potato, scrambled egg.

Thank you for your help! I may try adding something to the food or might just change her food all together!
