I have carried Remy in a sling type dog carrier when I have been in situation like that.
I am traveling this summer..to visit my brother. Last summer I took Remy and it worked out fine, but was still a bit stressful. This summer my dd is staying at our house with her dog and ours.. I will miss her sooooo much but know she will be happier. don't know what I will do next summer.
