lol - now that we've established, Scarlett is 3.5 months old, try what Kristin suggested. I am nobody to give advice though. I've never had one harder to work with on a leash than my Mandie. She does sooo much better when her daddy is at the other end of the leash than me. I guess that means she doesn't think I "mean it" lol
