The best dog food is going to be what she does best on. I use Canine Caviar. Peanut was licking his feet, biting, missing hair on leg from biting so much, he had hot spots, itching all the time, watery eyes, had to give him medicine every day. I started him on Canine Caviar and everything stopped. Normally at this time he would be a mess- He is doing great! No itches, eyes are clear, skin is normal.. it really is amazing.
I would honestly stay away from grains, try to stay away from flax seed.. try to look around get some samples and see what she likes.

I would recommend Canine Caviar to you- I know all dogs are different and will react differently, but for the ones I know switched are doing really well on it.
