This is horrible! And I hate how the vet says "this happens everywhere all the time" like that makes it ok. I worked in the vet field for over 5 years doing internships at many different hospitals and I never saw any one have to throw a small dog against a wall like that. You could have wrapped it in a big blanket and poked it with some sedatives if it was really that uncontrollable. Yes some things vet techs do look violent and harsh but are not, some dogs are hard to handle especially if they are aggressive or large but as a healer you are first supposed to 'DO NO HARM'. Was whatever they were doing really that necessary? Maybe they could have put the dog away and let it calm down a while. If I were the owner of that dog I would sue them into oblivion.
