I am with the others in thinking your girl had a secret hiding place to pee that you haven't found. Izzy had been eating the treats from the cat boxes and Jack's also - sometimes even her own...I know gross, right? What we did with the cat boxes was get a gate and gated off the area where the cats go. Maybe, since you have a one level floor plan you could buy one of those play yards and put around the area so the cats have room to jump in but not let your pup in. I also bought NaturVet Coprophagia Deterrent from either Petsmart or PetCo for Izzy - I believe they make the same thing for cats. If your pup is eating her own then I would try the pineapple first and always be diligent in picking up any poop. Good luck!
