Im wouldn't think that a blow up top would be the best thing for a dog. He could get in with the ramp ok but when he needed out he would more than likely scrape the sides with his nail. Not good, My sister had to replace her pool liner from her dogs ripping it trying to find a way out or the pool. Different type of pool sure but same concept. Rubber !
Ramp: wooden ramp with a flat base at the top covered in outdoor carpeting would work. If you can find someone to build it. Or maybe a child slide turned the opposite direction with the stairs up against the pool.
