She is small but her parents were 4-5 lbs. That means that she could have pups that will take after their grandparents and be too big to pass.
You need to get with a good vet. The further she is along, they can do x-rays to determine if she'll be able to have them normally. Otherwise, you'll be looking at a c-section.
