I know what you mean about the insomnia...me too. I have to be at work at 8:30 am, so I find breakfast the hardest thing to do and most "diets" say breakfast is a must, to kick up metabolism. I have always been a thinner person, but with age comes pounds...they have really crept up on me. 30 pounds less would do me a world of good. I am really trying, so far I've lost 3 of those 30 pounds...27 more to go. Good luck to us both!!!
