I think chocolate yorkie is a recessive gene that cause the yorkie to be brown with a brown nose. It is out of standards and many breeders would frown on promoting this out of standard trait. Often it is advertised as being special and thus they charge more money for the pup. Imo it is like breeding for teacup so you can charge more. There are may be some concerns of other genetic issues with a pup that has the chocolate gene
