He is so cute, looks to my like he may be a silky terrier. Which is basically one of the breeds used to get a Yorkshire terrier. In my opinion that's why some are bigger, breeders who don't offer papers sometimes try to pass them off as yorkies, they are identical when they are puppies. But the majority of people have no clue of the difference. Either way he's adorable.
