Hi, we have never had a dog with ringworm, so I can't tell you if it works on it. But we have used PetsbestRX Infection protection gel to put on any little red spot on our two yorkies whole bodies. We have used it for over 9 years. We had been using it between their toes too, the redness goes away quickly. But it never stopped them from licking. We now use Infection protection gel for their tummies or what we call heat rash Iour youngest Tuppy is allergic to life I guess..)and it soothes it.
I will now be using the more gentle ointment Dermapaw. It is so soothing that it stops the licking immedietly. (But will also keep using the infection protection gel.) Check out the Dermapaw website and I pray you will get the help you need, I would take your baby to the vet for ringworm.
