Absolutely no *%&*$#%%$%$%, %%$&*****ing excuse, not one iota...someone should have been helping to muzzle a biting dog...never mind the size of the pup.
I think that any of you who live there should organize a silent picket, its legal, signs and walk up and down the sidewalk...this is 100% unacceptable, the place should be shut down...or every single person on duty that night fired....
