Ooh, OOH! Another thing I thought of- if you are planning on Babywearing (I'm a huge advocate of that and can't speak highly enough of a Moby style wrap!) practice wearing it with a doll or stuffed animal. It will get you used to the feeling and the wrapping of it but it will also get pup used to seeing you like that! Even if you aren't going to Babywear, carry a doll around that has been swaddled in a blanket. Again, it will help your wrapping skills and it will get the pup used to seeing you with something in your arms and is a good time to teach pup respect for the bundle (no jumping on it, pawing at it, etc.) Another thing, find recordings of babies crying and play them with the pup near by. Get her used to the sound as soon as you can so she doesn't panic when it happens for real!
