Hi everyone,
I am new to these type of things, so I hope I'm doing it right. I recently bought a Yorkie at the end of May of which I was told was around 7 months old. She took a bit to house break, and we still have an accident every now and then. Of recently she has been going what seems to be very long time between going pee. I check the apartment and sometimes find a wet spot, others I don't. When I don't I can't seem to understand how she goes 12 hours without peeing. I take her out regularly and all she does is sniff around and do nothing. I'm pretty sure I'm missing where shes going. I'm not sure if this is normal after a change in home and owners. Also, she just went into her first heat, can that cause a change in her personality?
any advice on having a young yorkie is great!
