Has anyone heard of the Minnesota Yorkie Breeders? They advertise for the breeders in Minnesota and say a lifetime guarantee. The phone number listed is 1-866-592-5322! They have a stamp or emblem that says PB Americas Top Breeder... They seem to act as a go between... After the puppy scam I detected and c got RCMP involved with I am leery! So I appeal to your wisdom and knowledge! |
