Yes they are definably the best thing ever invented for smokers want to quit. My sister doesn't even smoke and she's got one because she likes the flavors. They come in all kinds of flavors and have different levels of nicotine so you can ease off but still get your 'fix'. You get the hand to mouth motion the blowing out smoke part of it... tell him try. You can even get creative and customize your vapor thing.. forgot what its called. lol
