Holistic vets tend to say that the enzymes in raw keep the teeth naturally clean. They are selling enzymatic cleaners that remove tater from pet's teeth so enzymes must have something to do with it.
I do feed my cats a high grade kibble but I give them an enzymatic supplement in their water to help keep their teeth clean. Kibble by it's self will not clean teeth. The enzymatic supplement is supposed to keep their teeth from forming tarter and so far they are all looking good. |
