Unhappy Can't bring her to work anymore - how to transition

So, Mya is 5 years old and has been lucky enough her whole life to accompany me to either grad school when she was a puppy to being able to come to work with me for the last 3 years.

I just got a new job and not only can I not bring her to work with me anymore but we are moving into a new apartment the day before I start work.

I am so nervous for her. She is going to be in a new environment and I won't be able to be with her all day to help her get comfortable. She has what I call the opposite of separation anxiety and does perfectly fine when left home alone. I know she can last the workday (looking into dog walkers as well) but I am more concerned with her emotional distress of having this new lifestyle of being a stay-at-home dog.

Does anyone have any advice on how to transition a dog in this type of situation? Any help is appreciated!!!
