14 weeks is still pretty young for a Yorkie pup. It will take time. Shoot, Mandie is over a year old and she is still not 100% trustworthy. Some get it quicker..I find around here, the majority take a year to 2 years to completely be trustworthy.
But back to the age thing - remember, this pup has a little bladder so it will need to go more often right now. First and foremost, make sure the puppy can get to where it needs to go potty at least every 2 hours (YES, even at night!). With that, pick up some books and research on crate training. Also, from reading here, it seems the best way to potty train them is to keep them in an xpen with space for bed, food, water, toys, and pee pad.
When the proper spot is used to potty, praise praise praise! Never yell when an accident happens. A stern no and immediate placement where is ok is all that is needed. Never discipline or get onto the pup after the fact if the act wasn't seen. The pup won't know what you (or your aunt is talking about).
Good luck and assure your aunt the pup is young and it will take time and patience. They truly (as a rule..not always) do take longer to housebreak so patience and consistency are so important.
