I love Hilton Head Island. Most beaches are pet friendly but you need to check. I know at HHI you can have pets on the beach but from Memorial Day to Labor Day they can only be on the beach before 9:00AM and after 4:00PM. A lot of beaches are like that. We Lovett get a house there in September after school starts back (GREAT rates and not crowded at all).
