it might be allergies. Try wiping her paws with baby wipes after she comes inside- be sure to get in those paw pads- this has really helped my Chibi who is sensitive to grass especially when its wet for some reason.
Ask your vet about an ointment that is antibiotic and anti-yeast medicine (I use animax) and stays on the foot pad really well- good luck!
