I stopped so long ago I maybe don't even count but still smokeless here.
Keep it up and just get through today. One day at a time and don't ever run out of your substitutes. I saw a girl at the drug store the other day ask for the "electric" cigarettes I think she said and they were completely out and sadly she bought a pack (or maybe two?) of Marlboro's and her bill was right around $6.75!!!! Could one pack have cost her that much? She didn't get anything else beside the cigarettes but for that money I was thinking maybe she got two packs.
